At Oscimed SA, our mission is to offer the markets for high-quality medical devicesOur products comply with ISO standards, laws and regulations. We are striving to consolidate our leading position in our two areas of expertise plaster saws and devices for the treatment of sleep disorders, more specifically snoring and apnoea.
Our history: a tradition of innovation since 2004
2004: Foundation of Oscimed SA
Georges Magnin founded the company based on a family tradition in orthopaedic plaster saws dating back to 1974, with the ambition of developing new solutions for snoring at the same time.
2005: Launch of the Somnofit orthosis
Our first mandibular advancement orthosis is presented at the European Respiratory Congress, marking our official entry into the snoring and sleep apnoea treatment market.
2008: Double certification
Obtaining certification ISO 13485 and 93/42/ECcertification, attesting to our quality management system for medical devices. Parallel launch of theSomnolis orthosis for the general public.
2009: Diversification of the sleep range
Launch of the first versions of nasal dilator ClipAir andpositional snoring treatment pillow and after PosiForm.
2013: Innovation in orthopaedics
The news plaster saws Ergo II and PSV complete our range, reinforcing our position as an expert among healthcare professionals.
2017 : Launch of the new generation of orthotics
L'Somnofit-S anti-snoring orthosiswhich sets a new standard for comfort and safety. anti-bruxism splint SanaBrux is now in production, providing an even better response to patients' needs.
2023: New premises to support our growth
Oscimed SA is moving to larger, more modern premises in La Chaux-de-Fonds to support its expansion and continue to innovate.

We are doing everything we can to ensure complete traceability of our products, from raw materials to delivery. Regular internal audits enable us to check and constantly improve the effectiveness of our quality system.
