The PosiForm-Belt anti-snoring belt is equipped with an intelligent electronic sensor designed to constantly monitor position during the night. When the sleeping position is on the back, known to encourage snoring due to partial obstruction of the airways, the belt immediately emits a light, discreet vibration. The vibration of the belt, subtle but sufficiently perceptible, does not interfere with comfort and instinctively encourages you to return to a lateral position, facilitating better breathing throughout the night.

Instructions for use
- Installing the belt :
- Remove the battery cover by pulling on the red tab.
- Insert the case into your belt pocket.
- Adjust the belt around your chest, applying slight tension.
- Switching on the appliance :
Press the central button on the device for a brief moment (less than a second). Two short vibrations tell you that the system is working. You can now lie down comfortably on your side or on your stomach. If you place yourself on your back after about 10 to 15 seconds, the system will vibrate intermittently until you return to a lateral or prone position.
- Stopping the anti-snoring device :
Press the appliance button for 2 to 3 seconds. A long vibration confirms the stop.
- Adjusting the vibration intensity :
When the appliance is switched off, press and hold the central button for more than 5 seconds. The appliance will produce vibrations of varying intensity. When you are satisfied with the vibration intensity, release the button. The appliance has now memorised your intensity level. It remains switched off and is ready to be reactivated.
- Replacing the batteries :
1- Unscrew* the two screws at the back of the case. Remove the back of the case.
2- Remove the old batteries and press the button a few times. Insert two new 1.5V AAA batteries.
3- When the batteries are inserted, the system vibrates and the GREEN LED (new batteries) lights up for about 1 second*. The vibration intensity setting returns to the maximum default value.
4- Close the case, observing the direction without forcing it. If necessary, turn it half a turn and tighten** the two screws. Replace the case in the belt pocket.
* Note: use only a Philips PH1 screwdriver.
** Note: if the system does not respond when the batteries are inserted, please check the polarity of the batteries. If the problem persists, please check that the batteries inserted are new and charged.
Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance :
Clean the case with a slightly damp cloth. Do not rinse under water. The fabric belt can be hand-washed according to its labelling.
Warranty conditions :
The appliance is guaranteed for 2 years if the safety instructions are followed. Batteries and any damage they may cause are not guaranteed.
Disposal at the end of the product's life :
At the end of the appliance's life, please contact your local authority or distributor for waste disposal.
Advice
During the first few nights of useHowever, it is perfectly normal to experience a period of adjustment when the vibrations may slightly disturb your sleep. We therefore recommend start with a moderate intensity of vibrationand then gradually adjust to suit your personal comfort. The device should be worn over underwear or pyjamas. It is important to tighten sufficiently the belt to ensure that the vibrations are transmitted effectively to the body. Conversely, if the product is not tightened sufficiently, a higher level of vibration will be required, which may generate more noise and disturb your sleep.
To maximise the benefits of your PosiForm-Belt against snoringFor example, it's advisable to adopt good sleeping habits, such as keeping regular hours, keeping the bedroom cool and quiet, and avoiding screens before bedtime.
Never use the appliance in environments containing flammable anaesthetic mixtures combined with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide. This medical device requires precautions specific electromagnetic compatibility requirements. It must be installed and used away from mobile and portable devices emitting radio frequencies (mobile phones, transceivers, etc.) that could affect its operation. Do NOT handle the appliance with wet hands. and must not come into direct contact with liquids. If the appliance is knocked, cracked or appears damaged, stop using it immediately.
Information on using the belt
La Green LED flashes regularly (approximately every 5 seconds). When the system is switched on, a short press on the central button causes a short vibration. When the system is off, the green LED flashes briefly every 30 seconds. Don't forget to regularly check the state of the batteries by watching the indicator Red LEDThis is a sign that rapid replacement is necessary to ensure optimum operation.
When the red LED replaces the green LED, we recommend that you replace the batteries as soon as possible. If the batteries are not changed in time, the device will not start and will emit three vibrations accompanied by three successive red flashes.
To prevent the batteries from discharging prematurely, the appliance switches off automatically after about 14 hours. Only use alkaline batteries of the type specified in the user manual. If you are not going to be using the device for a long time, be sure to remove the batteries.
