Positional treatment, sleeping on your side

Most snorers stop snoring when they are on their side.

Specialists agree that sleep position influences the intensity of snoring or the rate of apnoea. Sleeping on your side is therefore a particularly good anti-snoring solution, enabling you to breathe more easily and recover during the night.
